В принципе он не всасывается в кишечнике и выходит оттуда в неизмененном виде. Если у вас нет проблем с почками можете покушать, но не перееусердствуйте.

Я его принимаю, 3 таблетки в день и витамин д, это чтоб кальций усваивался.
