Вообще нежелательно прям горячую, такую тепленькую можно в пределах нормы, но если у вас отеки итд то лучше у врача спросить

Горячую ванну в принципе не желательно принимать. Как выше писали-тёплую, и не часами

Теплая ванная только и то так,чтобы грудь была не в воде для исключения нагрузки на сердце и если беременность без патологии.Я все Равно на вашем месте бы по временила с ванной
