Есть пособия для малоимущих ,они платятся до 3х лет Мне книжку такую выдали в мфц и выделила женщина возможные пособия На эти пособия можно через сайт подать заявление Ну и конкретнее можно узнать вот по номеру,если я правильно поняла,что Вы из Балашихи
