Girls, hello! I thought I would avoid this problem but alas... Hair is falling out, straight from my head, I wash it off when I bathe, they're everywhere, about the bed I don't even talk about... What did you do? What helps, please advise ??? I don't breastfeed.

Сдать на дефициты, проверить щитовидку и гормоны, поправить все и все встанет на свои места. У всех начинают падать не полтора что это НОРМА, а потому организм в стрессе, дефиците и гормональный фон «играет», обычно гормоны пить не надо ни какие , прописывают определеную диету. А вот дефициты хорошо могут Только не берите комплексы витаминов без сдачи анализов ?
