Girls, hello! I need your help. I'm pregnant, 25 weeks along, and last week they diagnosed me with symphysis 2nd degree. And so they prescribed a pelvic support band for symphysis for ??. Can anyone tell me where I can find one?!☹️ Or maybe someone has one lying around?? Every step is painful?

Обычно в аптеках продают, или спец отделы все для беременных. На вайлберисе посмотрите.

И у меня симфизит выявили вначале, тоже прописали бандаж. Я покупала Moms balans. Качество отличное ? И мой вам совет, чтобы боль не усиливалась, и симфизит не увеличивался, делайте маленькие медленные шажки. И по лестнице поднимайтесь и спускайтесь только с одной ногой, а не двумя поочерёдно, как обычно все поднимаются. Когда спите, переворачивайтесь с боку на бок соединив коленки. И ещё симфизит возможно у вас небольшой, сходите в другому узисту тоже, я делала 3 раза. Первый раз показали тоже второй степени, второй и третий узи показало первой степени.
