My mother gave birth at 52 years old easily. She had no problems with me, I developed relatively smoothly as a child. Recently, I found out that I'm pregnant. What's amazing: I'm in the same age group. Can I also expect that childbirth will be problem-free?

По мнению многих специалистов наиболее оптимальный возраст для появления малыша – 20-30 лет. Однако не рекомендуется сразу бить тревогу, если ваш возраст выходит за эти рамки. На самом деле не бывает такого понятия как наилучший возраст для родов детей. Проблемы могут появляться среди юных и зрелых рожениц практически в идентичной степени. Все связано с определенными свойствами организма. Чтобы будущая мама успешно родила в 52, нужно, как минимум, придерживаться всех врачебных предписаний и здорового образа жизни во время вынашивания ребенка, безотлагательно сдавать необходимые анализы. А при непосредственном родоразрешении не опасаться и довериться медицинскому персоналу.
