Mommy, when babies change diapers do you straighten their legs? Then don't you let them wear the diaper with their legs out?

Can you tell me from what months or years it's safe to put a baby in a sled? We are 9 months old, we sit, crawl and walk with support and hold hands, I was thinking about sleds, can we do that?

Please tell me, up to what week was folic acid taken during pregnancy? I stopped taking it at 13 weeks. Now I read that some people take it throughout the entire pregnancy, so I'm wondering if I did the right thing.
