Good evening, could you please tell me who cut the baby's diaper string? We just trimmed it very severely and he is crying a lot. Is that how it should be or something else?

Hello, 4 month old baby is fully breastfeeding now. Bowel movements are rare, once every 6-7 days. They have good bowel movement but the smell is awful. They don't take the bottle or formula. How can I fix their stool? Who knows?
