Girls, anyone whose acne suddenly started appearing on their face during pregnancy, I had problems with them before but now they're actively starting to appear. Why is that? Anyone have this?

Please tell me, what kind of intimate hygiene gel... I've been struggling with discharge, and can't get rid of thrush (I think it might help if I sometimes use gel under my armpits...)
