Girls, who had a short cervix? How did they deliver? Was it done at an ultrasound at 24 weeks, 35 mm cervix, and at 30 weeks, 25 mm? The doctor says there is a risk of premature birth (they prescribed Utrogestan and lying down)

I had my period in August and used a pregnancy test (pt) which showed positive. I've been taking misoprostol since then and haven't had my period yet. If I test myself with a pt, it will still show positive.
