I'm 7 weeks pregnant and every day I wake up with a fever, feeling weak and throwing up. I'm honestly not doing well. Why is this happening? And is this my first pregnancy?

Girls, did you have hormone tests at your second screening? My doctor has never told me to get my hormones checked and now she just said ultrasound and general blood and urine analysis and that's it ?‍♀️
