Girls, I stood up and there's a little spotting again. Has anyone experienced this after bleeding? It's been 3 days?

Please tell me where to find a kids' Real football kit for about 1.5–2 years old. There's none in our city — I've been searching for a month. I'm also contacting sellers across KZ but haven't found one yet.
