10 weeks, I'm taking Elevit vitamins for the first trimester. The folic acid is just sitting unused. A doctor friend said to take it too — who was prescribed it?

Hello everyone! Girls, is there anyone taking Iodafol? How many tablets per day and how should it be taken? (before or after meals?)

Hi. Is it okay to drink oat milk from the pharmacy during pregnancy? They say it improves facial skin and helps with constipation.

Who gave birth at which hospital or is planning to? Are you going to a private one or to wherever you're referred? Are you preparing mentally and physically for labor? Breathing in and out, special exercises — please share your knowledge.

Has anyone else experienced this? My gums hurt, they're swollen and inflamed. I haven't been able to get to a dentist — are there any home remedies that are safe during pregnancy?

Girls, is it okay to dye your hair during pregnancy at 10 weeks, or is it better not to for now? Doesn't it affect the fetus?!

Hi everyone! I'm 10 weeks pregnant, and I work in a salon as a nail technician ????. Is it harmful for me to work during pregnancy and do manicures?! Or are the smells from gel polishes harmful to the baby's health? Please advise.
