Were obstetricians sending patients for hospitalization at 40-41 weeks? What happens there? Are they putting in place inducing agents or...?

Hello, have you encountered a symfisit? I'm 39 weeks pregnant, they don't send me to KS, there are pains in the forehead and shooting in the pubic area.
