Two weeks ago I gave birth, stitches were removed, but my vagina is very painful. The doctor says there's no problem, but the pain doesn't go away. What can I take for postpartum bleeding?
I do washes that help for 30 minutes only.

She gained only 12.4 kg throughout her pregnancy, the doctor says nothing. She just said that it's due to low hemoglobin, and I myself am convinced of this from my own skeleton ? 33 weeks, 12.4 is normal or not?
