Girls, how much weight did you gain at 19/20 weeks? My weight hasn't changed, and I didn't have any morning sickness at all. Is that normal?

Girls, hi! Who has had COVID? I'm 19 weeks pregnant; apart from a runny nose and a scratchy throat there's nothing else. They aren't prescribing any medications. I don't know what to do.
