What should I do when the conclusion states that I have uterine hypertonus? 18-19 weeks, cervical length 30 mm. The doctor says everything is fine, but I've already started looking into it online and am very worried ?

What is the normal length of the cervix at the 2nd screening? They told me it was 30 mm. They said that's normal, but I read that the norm is 45 mm at 18-21 weeks
