I’m 29 weeks pregnant. My lower abdomen has been hurting badly since today. It hurts when I sit and also stabs sharply when I move. The side of my leg hurts like I’m about to get my period. Has anyone had this? What should I do?

I'm 24 weeks... But the baby inside is moving low... It kicks close to my bladder... I feel a bit of unpleasant/aching sensation when the baby moves... Is this normal?
