Hi girls ??♀️ Has anyone had hair botox or keratin while pregnant?? I hadn’t done either before pregnancy, but my hair is splitting terribly now — I wanted to trim the ends and do something with it ? so it wouldn’t split ??♀️

Hi girls! Does anyone do prenatal yoga? How do you like it? Is it worth starting? I actually want to sign up for swimming, but with this quarantine ??♀️. My spine bothers me a bit — when I make sudden movements I hear a crunch ?
