Girls, please tell me — I’m 2–3 weeks pregnant. This morning there was a yellow discharge, just one drop. Now when I wipe there’s nothing, and my left ovary hurts. I can only see the doctor on Tuesday. I’m panicking — what could this be?

Girls, please tell me: I'm 2–3 weeks pregnant. My breasts were sore at first, now not so much — they hurt when I wear a bra, and a network of veins has appeared.
