I'm currently at week 25 and just noticed that the little one is barely moving today. Is this normal? Has anyone experienced this before?

Hello, could you tell me how you dealt with nasal congestion during pregnancy? What helped? And if you were using vasoconstricting drops, what harm could it do to the baby?
