Girls, it's week 15 of pregnancy, I've gained only 1 kg in all that time, there was no strong toxemia. Is this normal?

Hello. Yesterday I had an ultrasound, pregnancy is 4.6 weeks. The doctor said that the fetal egg hasn't fully attached to the uterus and the yolk sac isn't visible. He prescribed another ultrasound in a week. Has anyone experienced this?
