Im also in my first trimester and also experience some mild pain its not that bad for me though the worst for me is the morning sickness.

Jeané, Hi jeane my morning sickness is not that bad the abdominal pain doesn't allow me to do much but I'll follow advise and be patient I think I'm just a bit anxious.

Bernadette, I understand the anxiety lol but I justbtake it one day at a time and I've also stopped googling everything i feel??that drove me crazy. Its different for everyone but i take panamol if i have bad pains in my abdomen and works for me. We just have to get through the first trimester???

Lol I thought I was the only one googling it makes me crazy everyone has there own version and yes I just want to get through the first trimester it feels like forever though??
