There's nothing to worry about, meanwhile best way to be assured without panicking is by asking your doctor(s) questions about your result instead of outsiders. The doctor should be able to explain things better for you

Sarah , I did an ultrasound last Thursday and mine is anterior, both the radiographer and my doctor assured me that my baby is very fine so I see nothing for you to worry
