Please does anyone not feel pregnant but is actually pregnant? I'm 6 weeks gone. My breast soreness comes and goes. I don't have any other outstanding symptom. No cravings, no morning sickness, little fatigue, moderate urination, mild cramps and white discharge.

it's okay as long as your pregnancy has been confirmed by test, some people don't feel pregnancy symptoms at all and others don't feel this early

Same here o. Even to d extent dat Hubby doesn't want to believe I am 6weeks gone. Though with my first child I didn't really experience all dis morning sickness till week 9 nd it was just for 2weeks or less nd I was good to go afterwards but even me m confused but I know multiple positive tests can't lie.😁😁
