Is it possible for someone to be pregnant and still menstruate? PT keeps showing negative but there's increase in size, back pain, leg cramp, and feeling the movements of the baby

Though I feel symptoms of pregnancy but due to the back pain at first I thought maybe I just need body massage but was confirmed pregnant where I went for body massage
