hi there I just wanted to know I went for a ultrasound last week and nothing came up in sonar doctor only checked pubic area I'm supposed to be 9 weeks and a few days I feel a ball kinda shaped in my right side abdomen under my belly button to the top of belly button it is firm. My stomach is really hard and big what can I do ? I been researching alot saw ectopic pregnancy and abdominal pregnancy . I went for iui got my period 12dpo but ever since iui I didn't get my period normally I'm so confused? I had iui procedure on 16 November 2020
