Hello Moms I'm 20 weeks pregnant and having a lot of phlegm and I'm always spitting....how do I make it stop?

Exercise patience, it may or may not stop. You just have to endure it or better still talk to your doctor about it. Shalom

It stops on it's own Just find a way to manage the situation

As for spitting is absolutely normal I'm going through it too n I'm 14 weeks pregnant I manage it by eating chewing gum or sweets
