Hello moms im 7 weeks pregnant everyday i always have headache and dizziness I want to know its normal or how can i stop?

I know dizziness is common in early pregnancy, so make sure to drink plenty water and make sure the room you're sleeping in is cool. avoid hot showers or baths, and avoid standing for too long as that triggers the dizzy spells. when you leave the house make sure you always carry a bottle of water with you. good luck and hope you feel better soon

I took toast with marmite my blood pressure got so low. I know it is usually not possible but you will need to drink alotof water and eat regularly
