Can someone that is 7wks and a day gone drink Lipton and milk And plz sometimes I feel like going to the toilet but once I get there nothing comes out I mean to poo plz what's the cause

I took Lipton but you Know moderation is key in everything. You are probably constipated Take More water

Is normal for constipation, just try and drink enough water every day...u will b fyn.. early stage cus wit alot of wahala... Kip ur mind at rest God is working
