Gudmrng supermoms pls wat can I do to stop vomiting and throwing spit and I have been having headache for three days now am 12 weeks pregnant

If you can be taking lemon water is will help you or you buy a chewing gum that has mints in it that one also will help

Seriously is patience and endurance, I went through it but now am free. Just have it in mind that every trimester has it's own challenges.
