Is it normal to see link like light brown discharges.... 7weeks pregnant mommies. I read they say its old blood leaving the body.

Very normal. Pregnancy changes every months. I could remember when mine was 8 weeks too, I stoped feeling pregnant ? I had to rush to to clinic and did a scan. Doctors were just laughing me after I saw the baby balling ?. You should see your doctor to be extremely sure anyway
