morning mommies.. i am 27 weeks gone.. last night i couldn't sleep i had an urge to pee but only little come out.. so this morning when i wipe i saw blood.. i have been seeing blood it has not stopped.. wat could be a reason.. please help am worried please

It could be UTI was treated as well but mine worse started at severe bleeding was in the the hospital for two weeks please go see ure doctor
