Hi moms, I am 37 weeks and 4days, I feel this pain in my vagina and a lot of pressure on my pelvic, I normally have cramps that lasts for a while , with a lower back pain that goes all the round to my back when it starts. At this point I feel always really really tired like i can’t breathe, and my legs most times can’t even hold me cos of the pressure on my pelvic. Is this real labour signs or am I still going to be this uncomfortable with all these signs for more weeks?
