Hello mummies went to a doctor today always thought I'm 34 weeks then doctor tells me I'm I'm 36 weeks and 3 days and the babies head is still up should I be worried can it happen that I go to labor while the baby hasn't turned

The baby can still turn, anything is possible with these lil bundles... If not they'll have to do a c-section

By your calculations the baby is 34 weeks maybe the scan you did is late scan that makes your doctor says is 36 weeks, and the baby is yet to head down, relax be watchful and prayerful, don't think of c section but let the nature take it's way
