The term is 38.5 weeks today, and I'm feeling so weak that my hands shake, I feel nauseous occasionally, and there's a slight dizziness like my head is slightly tilted. My lower abdomen feels tight, but this has been bothering me for about two weeks now. What could be causing this? Or is this just preparing for childbirth?
