Hello everyone. It's been two months since I gave birth and I feel some nervous state, especially anger attacks at my husband, sometimes it feels like everything is so bad for me (I'm dramatizing). I try to distract myself by reading, listening to music, but inside there's no joy, I don't know. It's supposed to be joyful with a baby, but I... every argument makes me cry, maybe someone has experienced something similar and how did they distract themselves from this?
