Hello everyone. Is there anyone here who went to work when their child was just over a year old? They called from work asking if I would be able to go out this year. I haven't decided yet. And I'm kind of wavering. At work, I usually spend 4-5 hours a day. Mom has a 2/2 schedule. Two days she will stay home, and we need to find a nanny for the remaining two. The son stays calm with his grandmas on his own. When I need to leave somewhere, he doesn't get upset, everything is normal in that regard. He smiles at me and then goes about his business ? Sometimes even sad that he's not missing anything.
