Hair is coming out horribly!! Girls how to save them?? They were thicker before and now only three strands left ?

Do you take vitamins? In winter I almost went bald, it was falling out so badly, like 10 hairs at a time in my hand. I started taking Elevit. It contains biotin, hair started to regrow — at first so many tiny hairs, it was really noticeable, then overall it got thicker. This supplement worked for me. I've already been taking it in my second trimester.

Burdock oil works great for me — I buy it at the pharmacy. I do masks twice a week, leave them on for a couple of hours, then wash them off; I'm happy with the results. I use the regular one and the one with red pepper.

I've started having the same problem too: I have hair extensions, and both my own hair and the extensions are falling out, even though there were no problems before! I think you need to take vitamins; professional products won't help us because the problem is coming from the inside.
