Hello everyone! I have caught a cold. My throat and head hurt, my nose is stuffy, there's a constant runny nose, my muscles ache, plus dry cough started. How do I treat it? I drink children's ginseng tea and Anfeiron, chamomile tea. I'm afraid for my daughter ((

Инсти и анаферон - фуфломицины. Организм сам поборет вирус, пока иммунная система с ним не справится, вы будете болеть, т.к. от гриппа ещё нет лекарства. Помочь себе можете просто обильным питьем, увлажнением слизистой носа и лечением симптомов (в случае температуры ибуфен или парацетамол). За ребёнком наблюдайте в течение трёх дней, столько времени нужно чтобы вирус проявился, так узнаете заразили или нет
