года можно поменять если вы идете из декрета в декрет 2 года предшествующие первому декрету, заявление подаётся обычно сразу,но если не сделали этого советую отправиться на работу и написать заявление и просьбу с перерасчётом(отказать не имеют права)

Kaleriya_Mayer, Что на больничный что на пособия до 1,5 лет можно изменить года.Так же с перерасчётом
