Hello everyone! ? Girls, can you tell me who is saving themselves from swelling?? Swelling in my legs has been bothering me for the last week, today I first noticed swelling in my fingers (pain when squeezed) the ring barely came off ? I drink enough fluids, could there be some products to exclude from my diet?

Я листья брусники заваривала. Но если прям сильно отекаете то лучше врачу покажитесь. Я только в жару пару раз отекла. А так конечно же меньше соли

Я ела бруснику и пила морс) а так же на ночь подкладывала под ноги подушку, чтобы ноги выше сердца были, ну и конечно же меньше соли кушать

Виолетта, Try drinking lingonberry or cranberry juice; the lingonberry one helped me. My legs were swelling badly, but it's okay, it all went away)) I wish the same for you.

Карина, Since my husband gets home late, we eat together late, or I might drink tea before bed. I'll try to cut out late-night bingeing and tea-drinking, maybe it will help ) Thanks ?

My hands were swollen the whole third trimester, they didn't do anything about it, they just told me not to wear rings and that's it My legs swell when I walk a lot, when I'm doing cleaning or if I'm in socks or slippers — walk barefoot more often Other than that I didn't do anything to help, it kind of goes away on its own

Cut salty foods from your diet, lingonberry helps with swelling. Doctors also prescribed Canephron; after taking it I didn't even have a hint of swelling.

They prescribed me Canephron and Brusniver tea, but the fingers on my hands still hurt. Now I'm drinking kidney tea and it seems a bit better.
