Hi ? Today we did an ultrasound and found that the child has kidney dilation in the kidneys. It's currently 38 weeks pregnant. Has anyone had something similar and how dangerous is it? ?

Girls, I'm waiting for a boy and since 18 weeks there have been very active movements. Now it's 37 weeks, but the activity is not decreasing. Has anyone had this? Is this normal?
