Girls started noticing that while walking down the street, suddenly their stomach would go flat for a few seconds, maybe even a minute, then it might release and so on, several times a day, sometimes even lying down, has anyone ever said they should be afraid? And who has encountered this before?

Айнура, That's normal and regarding the tightening/uterine tone, I was taken to the maternity hospital like that, so don't keep quiet, call your doctor.

I just googled it and read that, as far as I understand, they say these might be practice contractions because they only last a few seconds and then let up, and are considered normal, especially with no pain. Hypertonus is when a similar situation lasts longer — half an hour, an hour, or even all day. So that's the answer for everyone who's experienced this. You just need to rest more ????

I've had pain like this since the very beginning of my pregnancy, from the first days. I was so worried — they prescribed papaverine suppositories, three IV drips of magnesia, magnesium B6 and Utrogestan until 34 weeks. But it didn't go away; it can happen 5–8 times a day, in the beginning it could be 15–20 times. But the ultrasound shows everything is fine, there's nothing — not even close to any threats on the ultrasound ??‍♀️ and it's been like this from the start until now.

Sounds like uterine tone. If it eases quickly, that's good. I read that only in Russia they diagnose pregnant women with "tonus." Abroad there is no such diagnosis, since the uterus is a muscle and it's normal for it to contract sometimes.

Ирина, Interesting, everyone only talks about uterine tone, no one mentions Braxton Hicks contractions ? they're actually similar, but if you read closely they're still different. And later I found online that mine seemed more like practice (Braxton Hicks) contractions.

Айнура, That could very well be. I'm subscribed to a midwife — I like how she writes. She says that here people immediately, at the slightest thing, rush to treat uterine tone. And because of that the uterus doesn't have time to properly prepare for childbirth. It needs to prepare in exactly that way.

It happened to me at 27-28 weeks. It started then as well. And when I was lying down it would also suddenly harden and then relax.

I also read that these are practice contractions. I’ve had them since 16 weeks. It just tightens and then lets up. It can tighten even when the baby is very active. But it passes quickly — it doesn’t bother me and doesn’t affect the baby.

Same here, the doctor said that if the pains aren't significant, it's normal. The uterus is stretching, hence those pulling, cramp-like pains. She just prescribed papaverine suppositories for the tone.
