Girls, how do I properly switch to a new formula? We are currently on 0-6 months, and will be moving to 6-12 months. Should I mix them? For example, one spoon of the new and four spoons of the old for 150 ml. And so on until we completely switch to 150 ml of the new one.

I didn't introduce it gradually at all if it was the same brand. We just opened a new can and ate. Absolutely no reactions.

I was simply replacing the feed. Let's say in the morning a new formula, and I observed the reaction. Then the old one for lunch, and the next day I replaced two feedings and so on until we completely switched over.
