Excuse me, that's off-topic. Have you heard anything about mortgages? Is it profitable? I found a program for mortgage through pension and your credit history, everything officially through banks, no initial down payment needed, is it bad or who took them through mortgages, big overpayment, is it worth it?

Сестра с мужем взяли ипотеку полтора года назад. Первый взнос - маткапитал. После рождения третьего ребёнка ещё на погашение ипотека получили 450000. Оформили сделку полностью в течение двух месяцев. А легко ли её будет выплачивать, зависит от вашего дохода.
