Can someone who is 7 weeks and a day old drink Lipton tea and milk? And please, sometimes I feel like going to the bathroom but once I get there, nothing comes out. I mean, to poop. What's the cause?

I took Lipton but you Know moderation is key in everything. You are probably constipated Take More water

Is normal for constipation, just try and drink enough water every day...u will b fyn.. early stage cus wit alot of wahala... Kip ur mind at rest God is working
