Good evening, everyone! I want to ask: my belly gets hard, it bloats, and my lower back hurts... What could it be? Are these false contractions? I'm 38 weeks now... In my first pregnancy I don't even remember how it was, I think I just went to give birth ?

Мне в больнице сказали что если тренировочные схватки с болью в пояснице, нужно скорую вызывать. Так что лучше на всякий случай мне кажется проверить.
