Вставайте в коленологтевую позу чем чаше тем лучше, и ноги на подушку чтоб выше были головы и между ними подушку так на боку мин 15 лежите, переворачиваетесь на другой бок и тоже лежите мин 15. У меня на 3 ужи на попе сидел. Гиня сказала так делать за день развернулся ( ночью) на утро тянуло низ живота побежала на узи и сказали что малыш лёг правильно.

На вашем сроке у меня тоже так было но потом она повернулась головой вниз, а щас опять тазовое)
