I've been having pains in my lower back and abdomen for a whole day...…

I've been having pains in my lower back and abdomen for a whole day.... The maternity hospital said these are false contractions and sent me home..... Has anyone experienced this? It still hurts every 10 minutes.

Гульден, Настройтесь на легкие и быстрые роды. Дышите правильно! Говорят если правильно дышать то схватки будут ускоренными и легче проходить род. так что удачи. Ждём хороших новостей

Гульден, Кстати постарайтесь ночью поспать . А то вдруг завтра рожать а вы будете уставшая. Наберитесь сил
